Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Whirly-Go-Round is made primarily from Bamboo which takes time and craftsmanship to make. Due to high demand and long lead times for manufacturing, we will often be back-ordered so your purchase may not be shipped for some time. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Please select a carrier at checkout you know can deliver to your address.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and a tracking code when your order has shipped.

Damages

Spud ‘N Rich is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
